Join us for an indoor walk. With indoor walking, you don't need to worry about the weather or traffic, and you can do it anytime from the safety of your own home. Walking is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health. Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. In this session, you will move in different directions and at various speeds—no equipment is needed. The goal is to get to at least 1 mile or 2,000 steps.
