Strength training has never been so fun! UPLIFT combines iconic hits from decades past and present with choreographed strength routines. You’ll use weights, bands, and focused balance and mat work for a well-rounded workout. The workout starts with a cardio warm-up and transitions to standing routines with equipment, alternating between upper and lower body. A balance track is included after you’ve fatigued your muscles which is challenging, rewarding, and a welcome change of pace before transitioning to the mat. We complete the workout with routines for the core, booty, abs, and chest and a cool down with deep stretching. This UPLIFTING experience leaves you feeling strong and confident. A variety of equipment is used in UPLIFT to receive the benefits that each offers and keep the class engaging and fun:

BANDS
If you’d prefer to invest in just one type of band, we recommend the resistance bands as they are slightly more versatile for this workout.

We recommend a thicker mat for comfort, but any exercise mat will do!
