Join us for a workout using weights ranging from 1 lb to 5 lbs. Exercising with lighter weights and higher repetitions can lead to muscular endurance, muscle building, toning, and regaining the muscle mass we lose as we age. The goal of this workout is to reach muscle fatigue. Bring what is available to you 1 lb to 5 lb set of dumbells or kettlebells or resistance bands.
